Most any game that you play in poker can be fun and exciting.  Each game has different variations to them to make them unique and appealing to different players.  One of the most enticing variations to a game would be the wild card.  Many online games offered to basic wildcards that can be used in different games.  There's Joker poker which is a poker game where the Joker's wild.  There is also deuces wild which offers the number two card as the wild card.

If you're playing cards with your friends at home you can make a dealer's choice for the wild card or have each person pick a different wild card for each new hand.  No matter what the wild card is, it definitely adds spice to your poker game.  Wildcards can be used to replace any card in the deck.  So if you are dealt a bad hand and you choose to get rid of half year cards and hopes to get good ones, you can end up with an awesome hands by being don't wildcards.  Perhaps you were dealt a 5, 3, 9, J, and 7.  You really don't have much to go on with those cards but if you were to get rid of a few of them and get back a couple of wildcards you can end up with a hand such as 7, 8, 9, 10 and J.  That would mean you were dealt 2 wild cards.  It can be easy to get a winning hand with wild cards.
